- Children: Under 24 months.
- Individuals with severe disabilities: As defined in Clause 1, Article 11 of Government Decree No. 28/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2012, detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Persons with Disabilities.
- Special Delegations: Party/State leaders, guests of provincial leaders.
- Scientists: Attending seminars organized by the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) with confirmation from ICISE.
2. 50% DISCOUNT
- Students: From preschool to high school in Vietnam.
- Individuals with severe disabilities: As defined in Clause 2, Article 11 of Government Decree No. 28/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2012.
- Policy beneficiaries: Relatives of martyrs, veterans, war invalids, revolutionary contributors.
- Social beneficiaries: Poor households (certified), ethnic minorities.
3. 25% DISCOUNT
- University Students: Vocational and higher education institutions in Vietnam (Student ID required).
